No Place Like Home inspected the house we put an offer on. They arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and provided the report in record time. I was impressed with all the information they found and put in the report. They explained everything to me in terms that I understood and made great recommendations. The report showed all the items and the urgency in which they should be repaired/replaced. I would recommend them to family and friends.

No Place Like Home Inspection was very detailed and caught all the issues that are generally not mentioned. The report contained pictures of all the areas of home. The aerial view pictures of the roof were amazing with issues marked in red. The inspector immediately called after inspection and did a video walkthrough and explained all the issues. Highly recommended. Service was exception and price was very impressive in 2024. I have paid more that double in 2012 to other home inspection companies.

I'm a repeat customer and I strongly recommend No Place Like Home for any inspection you need. Trey gave us a thorough inspection a year ago with our new build, ensuring the home was up to standards when we closed. We had Joey out for the 1-year inspection before warranties expire this month. Both times we got extremely thorough inspections, uncovering concerns I would never have thought about, and with a detailed report highlighting every potential issue...almost immediately after the inspection. For the 1-year inspection, I just gave the report to the builder and their rep came out and told me "your inspection was very thorough, yet very fair." They agreed with everything on the report and quickly addressed it. When the builder warranty rep came to my house, he also didn't even need to see some of the issues because he told me the photos were so detailed. A+!

Very thorough and professional. I love how I received a detailed pdf will detailed explanations and pictures of the inspection. For an additional fee, I was able to get an estimate on how much all the repairs were going to cost me. This was helpful with negotiating with the seller of the home I purchased.
